Return Eligibility
NailNix offers a 30-day return policy for nail products with the following requirements:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must have all original tags attached
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Require receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damage and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt

Contact NailNix immediately if:
- Item is defective
- Item is damaged
- Incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Items
NailNix cannot accept returns for:
- Used nail products
- Opened nail polish or gel removal products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Conditions Voiding Return Eligibility
Returns will be rejected if items:
- Show signs of use
- Have makeup stains
- Contain pet hair
- Have strong odors
- Have rips or stains
- Arrive after 30-day window
Refund Process
- Refunds processed via store credit
- Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
- No cash refunds will be issued
Exchanges
- Fastest method: Return original item, then purchase desired replacement
- Exchanges accepted within 30 days with valid receipt
NailNix reserves the right to refuse or limit returns at our discretion.
