Return Eligibility

NailNix offers a 30-day return policy for nail products with the following requirements:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must have all original tags attached
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Require receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact support@nailnix.com to request a return
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

Damage and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt
  • Contact NailNix immediately if:
    • Item is defective
    • Item is damaged
    • Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Items

NailNix cannot accept returns for:

  • Used nail products
  • Opened nail polish or gel removal products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Conditions Voiding Return Eligibility

Returns will be rejected if items:

  • Show signs of use
  • Have makeup stains
  • Contain pet hair
  • Have strong odors
  • Have rips or stains
  • Arrive after 30-day window

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed via store credit
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
  • No cash refunds will be issued

Exchanges

  • Fastest method: Return original item, then purchase desired replacement
  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days with valid receipt

NailNix reserves the right to refuse or limit returns at our discretion.
